  • 8 slices- bread
  • 4 tbsp - butter
  • 200 g - minced chicken
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1tsp - chopped garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp -chopped mint

How to Make Anglo-Indian Mince Paste Sandwiches

  • In a pan add the mince, garlic, onions, green chilli, pepper powder, chilli powder and salt with a little water and cook till the mince is dry.
  • Remove from heat and cool for some time.
  • When cold blend in a mixer till smooth.
  • Spread butter on one side of all the slices of bread.
  • Divide the filling into four parts and place on four slices of bread.
  • Cover with the remaining slices.
