Ingredients

  • 2 cup-rice
  • 1 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp - Yeast
  • How to Make Appam with coconut:

    1. Soak rice for 2 hours and grind it with grated coconut and enough water.
    2. Add yeast and sugar and keep aside for 2 hours.
    3. When it ferments, take 1 big spoon of the mix and pour it in a shallow pan (appam pan) and cover it and cook like dosa.
