Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Ripe Banana pieces
  • 1/2 cup - Maida
  • 1/2 cup - Fine rava
  • 3 tbsp - Jaggery
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Appam with mashed bananas:

    1. Mash the bananas, add jaggery, mix till jaggery is dissolved.
    2. Add maida, rava and salt.
    3. Take small portions of the mixture, shape like a thick disc and deep fry in moderately hot oil.
