Ingredients

  • 4 cups - water
  • 2 cups - Rice
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 - Maggi Chicken flavoured cubes
  • 3 - eggs
  • 4 - baby carrots, sliced (optional)
  • 4 - green beans sliced into small pieces (optional)
  • 4 tbsp - Green peas (optional)
  • 1/4 cup - Canola Oil
  • Do not add salt - there is enough salt in Chicken stock cubes

How to Make Appetising Fried Rice

  • Wash rice and cook until it's completely done.
  • Take a deep kadai, add oil and let it get warm. Add garlic and saute for a while, but don't burn the garlic.
  • You can add vegetables like carrots, green beans, green peas and saute for a while or until cooked.
  • Then add chicken stock cubes and fry for about 3 minutes.
  • Break egg into a bowl, adding one egg at a time.
  • Then scramble the egg, add cooked rice and stir well.
