Ingredients

  • 1 cup - peeled, chopped apples
  • 1 cup - chopped banana
  • 1 cup - grated carrot
  • 1 cup - milk or 1/2 cup - milk powder
  • 1 cup - grated coconut
  • 3/4 cup - ghee
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder

How to Make Apple, Banana and Carrot Halwa

  • Cook grated carrots in milk.
  • Add the apple, banana and sugar and keep stirring till the apple and banana pieces are cooked and the halwa coagulates.
  • Then add ghee and cardamom powder.
  • Remove from the stove top and decorate with nuts of your choice.
