Ingredients

  • 1 - apple, grated
  • 1 cup - Wheat bran
  • 1 cup - whole Wheat pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/4 tsp - Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup - applesauce
  • 1/4 cup - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder

How to Make Apple Bran Muffins

  • Preheat Oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients together along with the spices.
  • In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients together. Now mix them together.
  • Drop spoonful of the dough into a lined muffin pan.
  • Bake them for 20 to 30 mins until golden brown.
  • Cool and serve.
