Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - apples
  • Cloves, cinnamon, Lemon juice or Ginger - as per taste
  • How to Make Apple Cider:

    1. Clean and core the apples.
    2. Chop them up and put them in a blender to blend into a fine pulp.
    3. Sieve the pulp through a cheese cloth/muslin cloth.
    4. The collected juice is the apple cider.
    5. You can enhance the flavour by adding cloves, cinnamon, lemon juice or ginger.
    6. You can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
