Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Flour (maida)
  • 2 - Eggs, beaten well
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 - Apples peeled and grated
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp - Butter or ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • ¼ tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 cup - Milk

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

  • Mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth batter without lumps.
  • Add a little water if batter is too thick.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan.
  • When hot, wipe all over with a piece of cloth dipped in a little oil.
  • Pour a ladle of batter in the pan and spread a little.
  • Cook on both sides and remove.
  • Serve hot with jam or maple syrup.
