Ingredients

  • Apple - 500 gm
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder - ½ tsp
  • Raisins - 4 tbsp
  • Walnuts - 4 tbsp, chopped
  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • white bread crumbs - 3 cup
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • double Cream - 2 cup
  • icing Sugar - 1/3 cup
  • vanilla essence - ½ tsp
  • Walnuts and Raisins to garnish
  • How to Make Apple Crumble Pudding:

    1. Peel, core and slice the apples.
    2. Sprinkle with sugar and simmer gently till soft.
    3. Toss in the cinnamon, raisins and walnuts.
    4. Leave aside to cool.
    5. Melt butter, add bread crumbs and sugar.
    6. Cook stirring till the mixture turns rich brown.
    7. Leave aside to cool.
    8. Whip the cream till thick and fold in the sugar.
    9. Add vanilla essence.
    10. Spread a layer of 1.5 the bread crumb mixture in a pudding dish.
    11. Spread 1.5 the apple mixture over it.
    12. Top with 1.5 the whipped cream.
    13. Repeat layers to end with cream.
    14. Garnish with walnuts and raisins.Serve chilled.
