  • 8 - mint leaves
  • 8 - ginger juliennes
  • 1 sachet - white sugar
  • 45 ml - gin
  • 60 ml - apple juice

How to Make Apple gin cocktail

  • Muddle the mint, ginger and sugar together in a shaker.
  • Add the gin and apple juice with 4 cubes of ice.
  • Shake well and serve in a chilled rocks glass over a quart of crushed ice and apple juliennes.
