  • Apple - 1
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Cashew - 4
  • Almond - 4
  • Dry fruits - 4
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Ghee

How to Make Apple Halwa with Dry Fruits

  • Cut apples into very small pieces.
  • Heat a kadai, add ghee fry the chopped almonds, cashews, dry fruits and cardamom and keep aside.
  • Now fry the apple.
  • Prepare thick sugar syrup.
  • Now add the fried apple, nuts and cardamom to the sugar syrup and stir well.
  • When the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel transfer into a greased plate and garnish with grated coconut.
  • Cut into desired shapes and serve.
