  • 4 - apples
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 litre - water
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - candied peel

How to Make Apple Marmalade

  • Pare and chop the apples into small pieces.
  • Cook the apples with all the other ingredients on low heat till soft, stirring constantly, till the marmalade thickens and becomes clear.
  • Cool and store in the refrigerator.
