  • 250 gm - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup - dried apricots, chopped
  • 3 firm pears, halved seeded and sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 6 slices Raisin or Walnut bread
  • Dash of Cinnamon
