  • 1 cup - chopped, dried Apricot
  • 250 gm packet - crushed wine biscuits
  • 125 gm - Butter
  • 1/2 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup - soft Brown sugar
  • How to Make Apricot Fudge:

    1. Heat the butter, brown sugar and condensed milk till the butter melts. Do not boil.
    2. Add chopped apricots and crushed biscuits. Mix well.
    3. Press into a greased 20 x 30 cm sponge roll tin and sprinkle with coconut.
    4. Cut in squares. Set in refrigerator.
