  • Colocasia - 250 g
  • Mustard Seeds (white) - 3 tsp, soaked in 1/2 cup of hot water for 20 minutes
  • Green chillies - 5
  • Mustard oil - 2 tsp.
  • How to Make Arbi With Mustard Masala:

    1. Boil the colocasia and when cool mash it.
    2. Make a smooth paste of mustard seeds, green chillies and salt.
    3. Mix them with colocasia and oil. Serve hot.
