Ingredients

  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1.5 tsp - CTC tea leaves
  • 2 tsp - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - ajwain or omum seeds
  • 1 pinch - cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch - cardamom powder

How to Make Aromatic Perk up Tea

  • Heat water, add seeds, tea, cinnamon and cardamom. Simmer for 1 minute.
  • Add sugar, milk, stir.
  • Allow to boil, and simmer till colour is as desired.
  • Stand cover for 1 minutes, to brew.
  • Strain and serve piping hot.
