Ingredients

  • 4 cups - rice, cooked
  • 25 g - Green chillies (dried)
  • 1/4 cup - coriander, minced
  • 1/4 cup - parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup - Spring onions with green, minced
  • 3/4 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 cup - cooking cheese 1 cup
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Arroz Con Queso

  • In a large bowl, mix rice, parsley, coriander, onions and chillies.
  • Add sour cream and mix well.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish and spread half the rice mixture and top with half the cheese.
  • Repeat layers ending with cheese layer.
  • Bake at 350 C for 20-25 minutes or till it is bubbly.
  • Serve hot.
