  • 1.5 cups - wheat flour
  • 3 handfuls - baby arugula/rocket leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Oil

How to Make Arugula chapatti

  • Finely chop arugula leaves.
  • Knead with wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder and enough water to make a smooth, soft dough.
  • Roll into chapattis.
