  • Ash Gourd, peeled and cut lengthwise - 250 g
  • Cucumber, peeled and cut lengthwise - 1
  • Ivy gourd - A hand full
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Green chilli - 1 (optional)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • How to Make Ash Gourd Punch:

    1. Blend the sliced ash gourd, cucumber, leaves, and the green chilli (optional) together and extract the juice.
    2. Squeeze the lime juice, stir and serve.
