Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken wings
  • 25 ml - garlic, chopped
  • 25 ml - Sugar
  • 80 ml - Tomato sauce
  • 80 ml - chilli sauce
  • 10 ml - soy sauce
  • 10 ml - Oyster sauce
  • 80 ml - water
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • Lettuce leaves
  • sliced Tomatoes
  • How to Make Asian Style Fried Chicken Wings:

    1. Deep fry chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
    3. Add garlic and stir-fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
    4. Add all the sauces, water, sesame seeds and chicken wings.
    5. Continue to stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
    6. Serve with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
