Ingredients

  • 250 g - Asparagus chopped into small pieces
  • 250 g - Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Spring onions
  • 1 tsp - Ginger chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp -chillies powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • How to Make Asparagus And Mushrooms Fry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the spring onions and chopped ginger for a few minutes.
    2. Add the asparagus and mushrooms and stir fry for 2 or 3 mins.
    3. Add the chilli powder, pepper, salt and a little water and simmer till the asparagus and mushrooms are tender.
    4. Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
    5. Serve as a side dish.
