  • 250g - asparagus
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Asparagus In Butter

  • Cut the asparagus into one inch pieces.
  • Heat some water in a suitable pan and steam the asparagus pieces till just tender.
  • Drain the water.
  • Stir in the butter, pepper and salt.
  • Serve as a side dish.
