How to Make Assamese Easy pork Recipe

  • Add a tsp of mustard oil to the pork and mix well.
  • Make a paste of the dry red chillies, garlic pods and coriander leaves.
  • Heat a pressure cooker and add the pork and potato. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the dry red chilli-garlic-coriander leaves paste and salt, mix well.
  • Add cumin powder, mix again.
  • Add half cup water and pressure cook for 5 whistles.
  • Serve with rice.
