  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - mixed dry fruits (cashewnuts, Raisins and almonds)
  • 5 cups - water

How to Make Atta Ka Halwa

  • Heat ghee in a pan or kadhai, and add wheat flour.
  • Stir the flour till it becomes golden brown and the fat starts leaving the sides.
  • Add water immediately, followed by sugar.
  • Continue to stir until it turns into a thick paste - like consistency.
  • Take off the heat and garnish with dry fruits.
  • Serve hot.
