Ingredients

  • 100g - Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp - besan
  • 1 tbsp - semolina
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee
  • 300 ml - water
  • 50g - Sugar
  • 15g - Almonds, blanched and sliced

How to Make Atte ka halwa

  • Heat ghee in a kadhai.
  • Add flour, besan and semolina. Cook till ghee separates.
  • Add sugar and almonds.
  • Add water stirring mixture continuously.
  • Cook for 2 mins. and serve hot.
