Ingredients

  • 1 cup white- puffed Rice
  • 1 /2 cup -coconut grated
  • 3/4 cup- granulated Sugar
  • 5 spoonful - Milk
  • Cardamom
  • 1/4 cup -ghee

How to Make Aval Ladoo

  • Take the puffed rice and heat it in a fry pan. Stir well.
  • Cool it for 5 minutes.
  • Grind aval, coconut, sugar & cardamom in a mixie.
  • Take a kadai (big one) heat it and add ghee to it.
  • When the ghee is hot, add the ground ingredients and stir well.
  • Stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add milk to this and stir well for another 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the gas after 5 minutes, shape it into lemon sized balls.
