How to Make Avial with pumpkin

  • Make a paste of cumin seeds, green chillies, coconut and curry leaves.
  • Cut all vegetables into finger size, boil separately and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and red chillies, saute for 1 minute.
  • Add the paste and cook for few minutes, add the vegetables and bring to boil.
  • Add curd, salt and serve hot.
