  • 1 liter - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup - leftover baati pieces
  • How to Make Baati Ki Kheer:

    1. Either crush baati with hand coarsely, or chop into tiny cubes.
    2. Heat milk, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Add baati, simmer for 5 minutes.
    4. Add sugar, stir to dissolve.
    5. Add cardamom powder, stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
    6. Serve hot as a meal by itself.
