Ingredients

  • 1 liter - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup - leftover baati pieces

How to Make Baati Ki Kheer

  • Either crush baati with hand coarsely, or chop into tiny cubes.
  • Heat milk, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add baati, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar, stir to dissolve.
  • Add cardamom powder, stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot as a meal by itself.
