  • 6 - Baby corns
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1 cup - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Baby corn Fritters

  • Cut the baby corn into thin long pieces.
  • Mix maida, corn flour, pepper powder and salt to make a thick batter.
  • Dip the baby corn in the batter and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
