  • Baby Corn - 15
  • Onions- 2 finely chopped
  • Pepper corns - 4 tsp
  • Garlic - 5 flakes
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Baby Corn Pepper Fry

  • Boil the baby corn for about 10 mins or till tender.
  • Saute the finely chopped onions till golden brown and add the coarsely crushed pepper and garlic.
  • Saute the mixture until well cooked, add the boiled baby corn, salt and cook for about 10 mins.
  • Add a dash of garam masala and sprinkle some water and cover the dish, cook in low flame for 5 more mins.
  • Serve
