Ingredients

  • 2 cups - finely sliced baby Corn
  • 1 cup - boiled peas
  • 1 cup - black gram (sprouted)
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • salt to taste

How to Make Baby corn salad

  • Put the baby corn in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain. Mix baby corn with the other ingredients, toss well and serve.
