Ingredients

  • 20 - baby Potatoes
  • 1 handful - Mint leaves
  • 1 handful - Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp- dry Fenugreek leaves
  • Salt as Needed
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Baby Potato curry - Mint flavoured:

    1. Boil the potatoes and peel the skin and prick them with a fork.
    2. Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies into a fine paste. Add salt to this and mix this with the boiled potatoes and keep aside for 1/2 an hour in the refrigerator.
    3. In a pan, add oil and splutter cumin seeds and add the marinated potatoes.
    4. Fry until the potato turns golden brown.
    5. Add the pepper powder and the crushed kasuri methi to this and stir well.
