Ingredients

  • Baby Potatoes - 500 g
  • Oil - 30 g
  • Aniseed - 5 g
  • Fenugreek seeds - 5 g
  • Mustard Seeds - 5 g
  • Turmeric powder - 5 g
  • Chilli powder - 5 g
  • Coriander powder - 5g
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Baby Potato Fry:

    1. Boil potatoes with salt and then peel them.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard, fenugreek seeds and aniseeds.
    3. Add boiled potatoes and fry for a while.
    4. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry nicely.
    5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
