  • Baby potatoes - 500 g
  • Oil - 30 g
  • Aniseed - 5 g
  • Fenugreek seeds - 5 g
  • Mustard seeds - 5 g
  • Turmeric powder - 5 g
  • Chilli powder - 5 g
  • Coriander powder - 5g
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Baby Potato Fry

  • Boil potatoes with salt and then peel them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard, fenugreek seeds and aniseeds.
  • Add boiled potatoes and fry for a while.
  • Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry nicely.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
