Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - baby Potatoes (par boiled)
  • 1 cup - peas (boiled)
  • 2 - Tomatoes pureed
  • 2 - Onions ( grated)
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 8 to 10 - flakes of Garlic
  • Small piece of Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • To be roasted:
  • 1/2 cup - dry Coconut
  • 2 tsp - Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - khus-khus
  • 5 to 6 - Cloves
  • 4 to5 - pepper Corns
  • 1- Cinnamon stick
  • How to Make Baby Potatoes Curry:

    1. Roast the above ingredients.
    2. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and grind to a fine paste.
    3. In a kadai, fry grated onions till brown.
    4. Add ground masala, haldi, chilli powder, salt and sugar. Fry till oil separates.
    5. Add boiled potatoes and peas.
    6. Lastly add tomato puree.
    7. Cook till done.
    8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    9. Serve hot with parathas.
