Ingredients

  • 500 g - baby Corn
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli sauce
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - Refined flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Babycorn Fritters:

    1. Wash the baby corns and cut them into half inch pieces.
    2. Boil the pieces in a little water for 5 mins and drain water.
    3. Mix the baby corn with the garlic paste, red chilli powder, green chilli sauce, egg yolks, corn flour, refined flour and salt.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the baby corn a little at a time till golden brown.
    5. Serve hot.
