Ingredients

  • 4-5 - skinless, washed Chicken legs/thighs
  • 1/2 tbsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera/cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic powder/paste
  • 2 tbsp - barbecue sauce (or any sauce of your choice)
  • 3 tbsp -olive oil

How to Make Bachelor`s Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients, except the oil, for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a pressure pan.
  • Fry the chicken in the oil, until it's evenly browned on all sides.
  • Add 1/4 cup water to release any spices sticking to the bottom.
  • Cover and cook on medium flame up to 1 whistle and then simmer for 2 minutes.
