How to Make Badam Bata Diye Chicken

  • Rub chicken pieces with 1 tbsp of salt and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the kadai, add oil. Once hot, add chicken.
  • Fry till it becomes slight brown in colour.
  • Then add the masala paste and cover it with a lid for some time. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • As soon the chicken is cooked, add the garam masala paste.
  • Simmer it for some time - at least another 10 minutes.
  • Serve it with rice or chapattis.
