  • Badam (powdered with skin) - 3 cups
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Badam burfee:

    1. Mix badam and the milk powder and roast it a little till the raw smell goes.
    2. Make a sugar syrup of one-thread consistency.
    3. To this, add the roasted mixture and the ghee.
    4. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
    5. Pour over a greased plate and cut into desired shapes.
