  • 1 kg - Almonds
  • 1/2 kg - gulkand
  • 800 g - Sugar
  • 500 ml - water
  • Silver Vark to garnish
  • How to Make Badam gulkand burfi:

    1. Soak badam in hot water for some time. Peel and prepare a paste.
    2. Heat the sugar and water and prepare a sugar syrup of single thread consistency.
    3. Mix gulkand with sugar syrup.
    4. Add 250 g of badam paste to the gulkhand syrup till it becomes a thick mixture.
    5. Rub ghee in a serving tray, pour out a thin layer of badam gulkand paste.
    6. Allow to cool and cut into pieces.
    7. Garnish with silver vark.
