  • 2 cups - almonds, soaked in water peeled
  • 2 litres milk, thickened by simmering
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 pieces silver warq
  • How to Make Badam ki barfi:

    1. Grind almonds to a paste.
    2. Add to milk and cook till dry.
    3. Add sugar to 3/4 cup water and boil till a 2 string syrup is obtained.
    4. Mix almond paste with the syrup.
    5. Pat mixture onto a greased plate.
    6. Cool, cover with warq and cut into squares.
