  • 250 g - Powdered sugar
  • 100 g - Ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 2 - Egg whites

How to Make Badam macaroons

  • Beat the egg whites till stiff.
  • Add the powdered sugar, ground almonds, rice flour and mix well.
  • Using a tsp, place blobs of the batter 2 inches apart on a greased tray and bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
