Ingredients

  • 100 g - Almonds
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 25 g - Khus Khus (poppy seeds)
  • 25 g - melon seeds
  • 10 g - Saunf (fennel seeds)
  • 2 tbsp - pure Ghee
  • How to Make Badam Nishashta:

    1. Soak the almonds, peel the skin and make a fine paste.
    2. Take khus khus, fennel seeds and melon seeds and make a fine paste and mix with all the almond paste.
    3. Heat ghee in a pan, add the ready mixture and stir for 2 mins.
    4. Mix the sugar and milk and let it become thick.
    5. Add the ready mixture and stir for a while. Serve hot.
