Ingredients

  • 1 pint - heavy Cream
  • 1 tin - condensed Milk
  • 2 slices - bread
  • 1/2 cup - mixture of Badam or Pista powder (small cup)

How to Make Badam or Pista Kulfi

  • Mix all the ingredients until everything has blended well.
  • Fill this mixture in kulfi cones and keep it overnight in the frozen section of refrigerator.
  • While serving kulfis, put each cone under flowing hot water for 1 to 2 seconds.
  • With a slight jerk, remove kulfi onto a plate.
