  • 1 cup - rose water
  • 500 g - Sugar
  • 300 g - mava (khova)
  • 500 g - blanched and grated Almonds
  • 250 g - Ghee
  • 10 cardamoms, powdered
  • 1/2 nutmeg, powdered
  • How to Make Badam Pak:

    1. Bring rose water and sugar to a boil.
    2. Take off from fire.
    3. Mix the mava, so its consistency is smooth.
    4. Add almonds and ghee.
    5. Cook on a slow fire stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the almond mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
    6. Mix the cardamoms and nutmeg powder.
    7. Apply ghee to a thali, spread the mixture on it.
    8. Cool and cut into squares.
