  • 2 cups (or a little more) - full cream milk
  • 2 tbsp - condensed Milk (optional, otherwise add 2 tsp of sugar)
  • 1/2 cup - almonds
  • 20 - pistachios
  • 10 - cashews
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • saffron strands as needed
  • 2 drops - rose water
  • 6-7 - ice cubes (crushed)

How to Make Badam Pista Milk Shake

  • Soak the almonds, pistachios and cashews in hot water and leave aside for an hour.
  • Chop a few almonds and pistachios and keep aside for garnishing.
  • After an hour, peel the almonds. Blend the almonds, pistachios and cashews into a fine paste in a blender.
  • Add milk, cardamom powder, condensed milk, rose water and crushed ice and blend again.
  • Keep blending until the ingredients have mixed well.
  • Taste to check the texture and blend in some more milk or condensed milk accordingly.
  • Garnish with the chopped almonds and pistachios.
  • Top the milk shake with a few strands of saffron and serve.
