  • 2 cups (or a little more) - full Cream Milk
  • 2 tbsp - condensed Milk (optional, otherwise add 2 tsp of sugar)
  • 1/2 cup - Almonds
  • 20 - Pistachios
  • 10 - cashews
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Saffron strands as needed
  • 2 drops - rose water
  • 6-7 - ice cubes (crushed)
  • How to Make Badam Pista Milk Shake:

    1. Soak the almonds, pistachios and cashews in hot water and leave aside for an hour.
    2. Chop a few almonds and pistachios and keep aside for garnishing.
    3. After an hour, peel the almonds. Blend the almonds, pistachios and cashews into a fine paste in a blender.
    4. Add milk, cardamom powder, condensed milk, rose water and crushed ice and blend again.
    5. Keep blending until the ingredients have mixed well.
    6. Taste to check the texture and blend in some more milk or condensed milk accordingly.
    7. Garnish with the chopped almonds and pistachios.
    8. Top the milk shake with a few strands of saffron and serve.
