Ingredients

  • 6 - Chicken drum sticks
  • 1st Marinade:
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • White oil - 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 2nd Marinade:
  • Curd (Hung) - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic-Ginger paste - 1 tbsp each
  • White oil - 1 tbsp
  • Almonds (Powdered) - 10-12
  • Amul Cream - 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 3/4 tsp or to taste
  • Kasuri Methi - 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Badami Tangri:

    1. Wash and pat dry the drum sticks.
    2. Make 2 light incisions on each of them, mix with the first marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
    3. Then add in the second marinade and marinate for 1 hour.
    4. Grease a glass dish and cook drum sticks in the microwave in COMBO mode for 8-10 minutes.
    5. Turn and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
    6. Serve hot.
