  • Wood apple- 1
  • Sugar - as needed
  • Ice cubes
  • Water

How to Make Bael Ka Sharbat

  • Break the bael or stone apple by using a kitchen hammer
  • Scrape the pulp from the shell with a spoon
  • Grind the pulp smoothly with a little water.
  • Strain the pulp.
  • Cool in a refrigerator, adjust the consistency and taste with water and sugar and serve with ice cubes.
