Ingredients

  • Wood apple- 1
  • Sugar - as needed
  • Ice cubes
  • Water
  • How to Make Bael Ka Sharbat:

    1. Break the bael or stone apple by using a kitchen hammer
    2. Scrape the pulp from the shell with a spoon
    3. Grind the pulp smoothly with a little water.
    4. Strain the pulp.
    5. Cool in a refrigerator, adjust the consistency and taste with water and sugar and serve with ice cubes.
