  • 1 - Bael fruit (stone apple)
  • 2 liters - water
  • 1 cup - ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp - roasted cumin powder (optional)
  • How to Make Bael Sharbat (Wood Apple Drink):

    1. Break open bael fruit, scrape out the pulp with the help of knife.
    2. Take water in a vessel and add the pulp.
    3. Wear gloves and mash the pulp in water.
    4. Mash till all pulp is scraped out from fruit and only the seeds are left.
    5. Squeeze the juice from pulp and discard that pulp side by side.
    6. Strain it in a big strainer.
    7. Add sugar and cumin powder (optional), and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
    8. Add lemon juice and stir well.
    9. Now add ice cubes and serve chilled.
