Ingredients

  • 1 - medium Onion
  • Coconut - 1, grated
  • To grind:
  • 1 Lemon size - Tamarind
  • 1/2 pods - Garlic
  • 1 inch piece - Turmeric
  • 1 pinch - Mustard Seed
  • 1 tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • 6 - chillies
  • How to Make Bafat Masala Paste:

    1. Extract 1st and 2nd coconut milk.
    2. Grind the ingredients for the masala.
    3. Fry the onion and masala in ghee.
    4. Add 2nd coconut extract to it and when it boils, add the 1 extract.
    5. The masala is ready.
