Ingredients

  • 3 cups - whole meal flour (atta)
  • 2 tbsp -. oil
  • 1 drop of yellow color
  • 1 drop of pink color
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bahurangi puri

  • Add oil and salt to sieved flour. Add water to knead a stiff dough.
  • To one third share, add yellow colour and knead.
  • To another one third, add pink colour and knead.
  • Now roll all dough together and make into small balls.
  • Roll out into 8 cm discs and deep fry till puffed and golden.
  • Serve with potato gravy.
